Khajak Kodjian is the Corporate Programs Manager of Alnowair. He is also a professional training instructor with over 18 years of experience in developing and conducting corporate, technical and soft skills training in the Middle East and the United States of America.
At Alnowair, Khajak directs, implements and conducts training for ‘Yelloworks’ – a first-of-its-kind positive training program that improves employees’ productivity and organizational profitability through positive employee engagement. He has successfully trained employees of Al Hamra Tower and Luxury Center and the Commercial Bank of Kuwait (CBK) in 2016/17, EQUATE Petrochemical Company in 2018 and Zain in 2019, enabling them to develop skills resulting in individual, health and workplace benefits.
Prior to Alnowair, Khajak served as the Group Training Manager, Learning & Development for 3 years at The Sultan Center, and at Panasonic for 12 years as Soft Skills and Technical Training Manager. He began his career in the United States of America with digital customer service training at the heart of the Jewelry District in downtown Los Angeles.
Khajak holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Yerevan, Armenia. He also holds a neuroscience-training diploma from the University of San Diego California in ‘Learning how to Learn: Powerful Mental Tools to help you master Tough Subjects’, 2016.
