ANGELA BRUNSTEIN, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Gulf University for Science in Technology. She received her B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. in psychology from University of Hamburg, Germany. In 2005, she was awarded the Feodor Lynen Research Prize for conducting her research at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh. Before joining GUST, Dr. Brunstein taught at CMU in Pittsburgh, PA, and in Qatar, at Northwestern University in Qatar, the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland – Bahrain, and AUC.
Dr. Brunstein has authored and coauthored several papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals and book chapters. Her research focuses on optimal learning conditions for robust learning.
