Kristijan Civljak, PhD is Assistant Professor at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Business Psychology Department, where he expands and develops courses for socio-cultural foundation, culture centered interventions, and organizational and cultural dynamics for graduate students. Dr. Civljak graduated with the highest honors from the University of Belgrade and continued his education in the United States in which he obtained his Doctorate degree in International Psychology. Dr. Civljak is focused on organizational development and the role of consulting in leadership, diversity and inclusion, and change management. His research concentration is on the settlement decisions of migrants, which propelled him to develop a construct map of migrants’ desires, career opportunities, transnational networks, and family values. Dr. Civljak also serves as a developmental coach and is partnered with national and international clients from different industries in order to inspire them to optimize their personal and professional potential in the creative process of learning, development, and problem-solving.
