Dina AL-Waheab, “Emotional Intelligence as a Leadership Skill for Kuwait’s Workplace? Its Influence on Combating Burnout and Improving Organizations”
Reginald Robinson was born in Mobile, AL. His international work spans from North America to Germany, Switzerland, Tanzania, and Japan. He is the founder of “Kiss Asia,” a music and mission project held in Japan, designed to promote cross-cultural engagement through the art of Gospel Music. Kiss Asia toured and produced live music recording Nagoya, Fukuoka, and featured in Tokyo’s largest Gospel Music Conference.
Reginald has been invited to perform and be a keynote speaker around the world. He was also selected as the America Judge for “Sing Diaspora,” a North American gospel music context for Africans who live in the United States. His latest gospel music workshop at Okazaki Junior High School, with 500 Japanese students, was reported by the school administration to have helped students with increased interest and scores in their English courses. His song “Rain” has been translated and is projected to be one of Japan’s biggest gospel songs.
With a Master’s in Urban and Regional Planning from Alabama A & M University, Reginald serves as Operations Coordinator of PAK Legacy Community Development Corporations. Since his partnership with PAK, PAK is the primary Economic Development and Job Creation agent for Madison County Department of Human Resources and the Department of Community Development for the City of Huntsville, AL. He is currently a doctoral student in International Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
